Mr Polyzois performed two operations to repair a broken collar bone which required internal fixation (followed by removal of the plate and pins). In the initial meetings Mr Polyzois explained the need for the operation very carefully, gave a detailed run down of what to expect, timescales and the likely outcomes (and risks). I never felt rushed or pressured or that Mr Polyzois had another patient to see, he was very generous with his time and his detailed communication was perfect. Both operations were very successful and during the interim consulting meetings I was again afforded plenty of time to review how I was progressing and to ask any questions or raise concerns. I was able to speak to Mr Polyzois by phone to address some concerns after the first operation putting my mind at ease. I am now signed off as his patient having fully healed. I cannot recommend Mr Polyzois highly enough, his work and patient care were were first class. Additionally the support team behind him were great.
