I have used dr taggart since a very young age he dıd tissue expansion for myself as i was burned in a fire and lost mostly all my hair i cannot thank him enough for the work he done on myself he was and will always be an amazing plastic surgeon a very king gentleman to myself and my family one time i had the operation from a different surgeon and it went horrible wrong and i never let any other surgeon but mr taggart to do my operations
