Very respectful. I had a ruptured achilles from a mountain accident and was put in a plastercast for 2 weeks before I saw Mr Mumtaz. Other doctors thought an operation probably wasn't needed. When I saw Mr Mumtaz he was convinced I would be better off with a repair and made arrangements to operate the following day. I felt I was given excellent treatment by him and his team. He communicates well with patients and medical staff, also very friendly. I think I was fortunate having him as a surgeon.
