being the grandfather of a 14 year old girl, I was very apprehensive when it was proposed to conduct major reconstruction surgery on both of her feet, but the young girl was given such great confidence by Mr Wansborough she had no hesitation in going ahead, and after a long process lasting around a year the difference in my granddaughters feet are unbelievable, from the start she was treated as an adult and it was always her decision in whatever actions were needed, as grandparents we can see such a great difference both in her self confidence and her physical changes, and for that we thank you
