My husband was in the care of Mr Graham O'Dair from March 2010 for over 5 years. Throughout his treatment Mr O'Dair was wonderful. The cancer was not straightforward but from the outset we had total trust in Mr O'Dair. He was kind, caring, honest, respectful and professional visiting his patients even on his day off which was much appreciated. He shared our joy as my husband improved and understood our feeling throughout the time of the follow up care. His letters after a consultation were always short and to the point. All a patient wants to see is what he wrote which was, thankfully, 'reassuringly normal.' On opening the letter we could easily scan to see those words then read the letter properly. He just seemed to know what was right at every stage. Our final letter said he wished us well and we sent the same good wishes back to him. We feel very fortunate to have had such an excellent surgeon. In the years since we have become granparents, six years ago it seemed that would be a stage in life which my husband Tony would not be here to enjoy. Thanks again Mr O'Dair
