I saw Mr Kelly last year with problems with my Eustachian tubes and he listened thoroughly to every bit of information I gave him. He supported me with next steps forward until, as a last resort, I required surgery in April of this year. Mr Kelly thoroughly explained the surgey, what would be involved and was absolutely clear that it might not be successful. He was completely honest and was never misleading in any way. Mr Kelly was extremely supportive prior to the op, answering any questions I had by email promptly and on the day spoke to me before and after the operation. It was successful for me and I'm absolutely delighted with the result. I can't stress how much this has made a difference to me and it was all down to Mr Kelly. I'd thoroughly recommend Mr Kelly. He's honest, supportive and brilliant at what he does. Thank you so much for changing my life hugely and positively!
