Mr Spink was so caring ,explained everything in detail.Put me so at ease i had no concern when i went for my op.The aftercare was excellent it was explained how to improve my recovery,everything worked .No pain now anywhere couldnt believe the relief from pain.brilliant surgeon,can not thank him enough

I have recently undergone spinal surgery under the care of Mr Spink at the Spire Hull Hospital under NHS care. I would highly recommend this neurosurgeon to anyone. He has the most caring manner, explains everything in detail and is an excellent surgeon and a pure gentleman. He does not rush you when you see him in clinic and answers any questions you may have. My operation is a complete success and it is all thanks to Mr Spink. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much Mr Spink for giving me my quality of life back. Alan Andrew

Had Surgery at Spire and East Riding from Dr Spink ,I have high anxieties but this gentleman put myself at ease straight away, he is so gentle ,professional ,a very good listener he explained everything to me about the full procedure, also involved me in every descision about my treatment and after care, always had time to chat I was not rushed during consultations .He is a true talented surgeon and he definitely knows his stuff, even came to visit me on many occasions before and after surgery, plus such a neat job you wont really be able to see, only a little scar unbelievable, due to this gentleman I have regained my independence back and my pain reduced if ever I have any procedure in the future I would jump at the chance to see this man again
