Doctor Spink is very approachable and easy to talk to.He listens to what you say, and fully explains the problems with your conditions, any procedures which are relevant to your condition and any risks or possible adverse outcomes which may arise due to complex surgery on my spine. I found him to be a very reassuring person, and would not have any doubts about him performing any surgery necessary.

I have seen Mr Spink for three appointments. I have always been seen on time. Mr Spink always comes out and greets me in the waiting area. He has a calm apparoach. He listened to me. I feel confident about his explanations. Altogether a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend him.

From my very first consultation with Mr Spink, I knew I had made the right choice. He listened intently and instantly put me at ease, explained, the choices and importantly he was very upfront and open as to the risks involved. An MRI scan days later and just two days later a second consultation left me with little choice than to have a Micro Disectomy, but I felt very comfortable with it, by the way he handled the situation explaining every part of what he planned to do. On the day, his Team were superb and I can honestly say I felt totally at ease in their care, funny at times and serious when it mattered and thoroughly professional and highly skilled. I had some reservations about the Spire Hospital at Anlaby after reading quite a lot of negative feedback on their Social Media pages, all I can say is I could not have had a better experience from the moment I arrived at reception until I "escaped", Every single person from the cleaners, the nurses, the food, the physio's every single person was brilliant and I would recommend the place to anyone and everyone. I have also had great aftercare and help form my post operation physiotherapy. Thank you all for taking care of me, especially Mr George M Spink........Top man I have my life back again.
