My wife and I are truly grateful to Mr Wong who is outstanding and kind. He has gone above and beyond to facilitate our son's surgery and we are very happy to have met him.

In March 2022 I had suregry under Mr Wong ENT Consultant otolaryngologist & Mr Kalan , for what they said was meant to be a routine surgery in my nose called a Septoplasty. Instead I have been left with constant facial pain, swellin around my nose and recurrant infections- resulting in bleeds and difficulty breathing. I am a young female who works in the NHS and i am aware the demands of this work. What was and is unacceptable in this case i sthat he has been 0 after care, despite my many calls to try and find help and advice. All they do is brush me off to A&E. I am taking this matter up with PALS and if need be a Lawyer. It is ruining my life and you can not even follow up with your patient.

I came with my father to his recent appointment with Mr Wong. I work in management consultancy and I see professionals all the time, so I feel I am in a good position to say that Mr Wong’s approach is methodical and clear. I also deeply appreciate Mr Wong’s ability to break down complex medical concepts into digestible terms that can be understood by laypeople. We are grateful to his professionalism and I am certain that my father will receive medical care to an exemplary standard.
