I have had large breasts most of my life, and I finally made the decision to have a breast reduction surgery. I chose Mr Ross as his reputation and qualifications were second to none. I first saw him in clinic and he was very friendly and professional, talking me through the procedure, making me aware of the risks involved, but equally as important, giving me a very realistic picture of what could safely be achieved. He showed me numerous before and after pictures on the computer, indicating ones that were a similar result to how I may look after. I went ahead with the surgery, which was carried out at the BMI Alexndra Hospital in Cheadle, in early December. I had a minor blip and ended back in theatre as I suffered a hematoma, something I had already been told could happen. The care I got from both Gary Ross, his team, and the hospital itself was totally faultless. I had an overnight stay in the hospital and was discharged with lots of information and both non emergency and emergency phone numbers. This did come in handy as I had another minor problem which was resolved both quickly and efficiently. Gary Ross was contacted whilst on his Christmas break, and his nurse Terri actually met me at the Alexandra hospital on New Years Ever when she was off duty, to check an infection which had developed. I was seen by Gary a week later to check that the medication he had prescribed had cleared it up. The after care I have received has also been faultless. I can't praise him enough and I am absolutely over the moon with my result and would not hesitate in recommending him and his great team, with special thanks also to Terri and his secretary Vicki.
