Mr Thekkinkattill has been my breast surgeon for two years, looking after me from mastectomy with immediate reconstruction (which failed due to wound not healing) to further reconstruction after more surgery (which healed beautifully!) Mr Thekkinkattill has always treated me with the utmost respect, always listened to my worries and concerns and given me the advice needed to allow me to make informed decisions. He has always given me the time I needed to talk things through and get full understanding of the facts. I have been allowed to express my opinions , my questions always listened to and answered with care and compassion. My physical and emotional well-being always coming first. Things have not always gone to plan but as problems arose they were always dealt with swiftly and efficiently. An outstanding gentleman.
