Mr Redfern listened carefully to my concerns and explained the procedure in clear layman’s terms. He offered further explanation when asked and was kind and gentle when handling the injured ankle. I felt secure and trusted his skill as a surgeon as well as feeling confident that he treats his patients as people and not just things to operate on!
