Very professional, explained everything about my operation to me & made me feel confident that it would go well, as well as my recovery. Everything went as he said it would. He listened to what I had to say in follow up appointments & I believe he cares about his patients. I am very happy with the care I received from Mr Redfern & so happy I went ahead with the operation as I have had an excellent outcome which has improved my life & confidence in many ways already.
