Reviews
Pleasant, outgoing, succinct. Easily approachable, precise diagnosis, good advice, care taken over follow up. In my case no improvement necessary.
I had great care from Mr Hartwright - he was easy to talk to and listened to my problem - diagnosed it ,explaining everything as we went along thoroughly and made me feel at ease before and after surgery. After care was equally as good.
If you need your knee fixing - he is the man!
I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I had on my recent visit to Sarum Hospital. It makes a huge difference having confidence in the surgeon going to complete your operation. Mr Hartwright was excellent, very reassuring and put me at my ease. I felt confident and reassured in my decision to have the epidural process for my total right hip replacement. I was sedated for the operation which lasted an hour and woke up when it was completed. It went exactly as I was told and my level of care at the hospital was excellent. He checked on my progress and reassured me everything
went well.
This is my second total hip replacement, similar time last year. I can't fault both experiences undertaken by Mr Heartright & his team.
I found on both occasions, the whole procedure to be one that put me at ease, Mr Heartright, kept me fully informed from start to finish, with his calm, professional, and understanding demeanor. I would highly recommend that anyone thinking of he having any orthopaedic surgery to consider your route to feeling fully fit with Mr Heartright.
Regards PT.
