Mr Hartwright certainly listens to his patients, both my hips need to be replaced and during an early consultation i was asked which hip was the most painful. I replied the left and he agreed to replace this hip first. When I went for surgery I asked if my right hip could be replaced first as over time it became the most painful. Mr Harwright listened to my request and agreed to replace my right hip. The care i received during my stay in Hospital was excellent not only from Mr Hartwright but all members of his team. I really appreciated the time taken to answer any questions/concerns I had both before and after the operation. Six weeks after my operation and my right hip is virtually pain free and I look forward to a full recovery. I would like to thank Mr Hartwright, all his team, the Nurses, Physiotherapists, in fact everyone that looked after me. Finally I would like to thank the NHS, without this marvellous care provider I would not have my new hip.
