Mr Makki explained what the problem was. He showed me the pictures of my MRI scan and told me in detail the operation he was planning to do, also made me aware that he might only be able to perform a partial repair. Before the operation he made sure I understood what would happen and phoned me on the ward on a Saturday to tell me the result of the operation. Every time I saw Mr Makki he was charming and informative, I can’t think of an improvement he could have made!
