I found Mr. Makki approachable, friendly and professional. He put my mind at ease each time I was worried and answered any questions I had. I was a bit nervous on the day of my carpal tunnel surgery, but him and his team soon had me at ease and smiling. I felt relaxed and knew I could ask a question at any time.
