My hands are like new, no pain, the scars are almost invisible. I feel privileged to have been treated by ‘Dr Clifford’. He is a wonderful surgeon and one of the nicest human beings, if not the nicest I have ever been fortunate to meet.

This week I met Mr Clifford for the first time. I am so impressed with how he examined my hands and fingers. My only income is through quilting, although I used to be an A&E nurse. Mr Clifford treated me with respect and didn't have to dumb things down. He is quietly spoken, very knowledgeable and I will be returning to see him once tests and Xrays are complete.

What a fantastic man and surgeon. After delaying the inevitable for nearly 14 years I agreed to have carpal tunnel release surgery. Dr Murira was reassuring and patient in explaining the procedure to me, a complete nervous wreck! I am very needle phobic and had put off this operation due to my fears. On the day of the surgery his humour helped to calm my nerves. I have to say the worst and most painful part of the whole process was the local anaesthetic!! I have just seen him today for the surgical follow up and my hand looks amazing. I have full feeling in my fingers and I don't think I will even have a scar. I have to go back in 4 months for my other hand and this time I know that I will be in very good hands. I fully recommend Clifford Murira.
