The care I have received for my ongoing shoulder condition has been faultless. Having been referred to see Mr Bailey he examined my shoulder and referred me for surgery a few weeks after. I was fully updated and felt reassured before and after the surgery. Everyone at the hospital and also the post op Physio available has been fantastic. Thank you.

Excellent surgeon very pleased with my parcial knee operatiorn Mr Bailey viated me every morning and evening to make sure I was ok . Scare very need. Six weeks after iam already walking 2 miles every day

Following Trauma to my smashed shoulder Chris Bailey performed excellent surgery the following day, being discharged from ward within 4 days. I had great follow up as an out patient and when discharged from him was told not to hesitate to contact him if I had any concerns regarding my shoulder which I found very reassuring. His manner & explanations are exceptional & although hoping no need for further operations, I wouldn't hesitate to have further treatment from him. Excellent individualised care.

Hi, I was extremely lucky to have surgery on my right knee at the Nuffield private hospital in Chandlers Ford, Southampton. Why was I lucky? One, because I am a N.H.S. patient and the treatment I received was top class -- private room, good meals and an attentive and caring nursing staff - and two, because I had Mr. Bailey as my consultant surgeon. He was such a nice guy from the off , putting me at ease and explaining the procedure fully. My operation was a complete success - post-op Mr. Bailey visited me twice to make sure everything was O.K. and now he has signed me off. What impressed me most about Mr. Bailey was that there were no "airs and graces" with him - as I suspect there are with some consultants who work in the private sector . As far as making improvements to give greater care I've thought long and hard and can come up with nothing - my treatment was second to none!

Mr Bailey was at all times very professional and fully explained what was going to be done with my replacement knee and how he was going to achieve it. He answered all my queries and put my mind at rest and his attention to detail and bedside manner were exemplary. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
