Mr Bailey listened. He was also very clear in his explanation of procedure and review of images. Both the pre and post operative information was thorough with the aid of his team of staff who mailed letters, set up appointments etc. My consultations were unhurried and relaxed, although consistently slightly late. My private hospital room was well appointed and I was extremely well tended by the staff there too.

Mr Bailey and his team, especially Darren Clark, were brilliant. I have had both knee replacements within 7 months and I cannot speak highly enough of the care I received. I felt completely at ease, and able to ask questions without feeling I was taking too much of Mr Baileys time. My thanks to all concerned with both my operations, a very caring team all together.

I had a knee replacement at Winchester and was told what to expect and had my questions listened to and answered without jargon so that I understood. The care I received was excellent both during surgery and after on the ward. My only suggestion is a bit more physio during the recovery period might help. My thanks to the whole team.
