Excellent treatment from mr Bailey, all treatment was explained, and at first consultation my options where explained allowing me to make an informed decision. Mr Bailey came to see me post op and was therefore able to allow me home the same day which was much nicer to be able to be in my our surroundings. Operation was very successful so totally happy with the whole service provided.

Dr Bailey was very clear and concise with his explanations of the procedure and what outcomes to expect. His care post operation was also much appreciated as he called by morning and evening while I remained in hospital to explain how the operation went and check on my progress and well-being.

Mr Bailey operated on my shoulder for an open reduction internal fixation of shoulder proximal humerus with synthes philos plate. I had fallen and the ball had come out of the socket and I had a displaced fracture of the humerus bone. The operation was successful and I am making an excellent recovery thanks to Mr Bailey's expertise and care.

Two years ago after keyhole surgery Dr Bailey fully explained what had taken place and my options for the future, in that, within two years I would need further surgery. Sure enough, this year Dr Bailey, again after fully explaining the surgery involved provided a partial knee replacement. At all stages Dr Bailey and his team fully engaged with me, explaining what was to happen and my part in my own rehabilitation. The surgery was a great success due to Dr Bailey’s professional approach and attitude. Thank you.

Mr Bailey explained everything very clearly about the procedure on both my knees whiched put my mind at ease I was also very impressed with the aftercare Mr Bailey took time to visit me early the next morning to check if everything was fine and if i had any problems which i had none In my opinion i could not have been in better hands and i cannot thank Mr Bailey enough for what he has done for me and my knees At last i am pain free and on the way to a good recovery
