I was treated for a knee problem which ended with a knee replacement. I knew what was happening at every stage of treatment. On the day of the operation the Mr Bailey's staff were excellent and explained the procedure, it did feel a little strange with the epidural but not unpleasant. After the op the ward staff took over and as usual did a superb job.
