From my initial consultation Mr Bailey was both professional and friendly. He explained my prognosis and next steps with clarity. He made clear the options available and explained the pros and cons of surgery which in my particular case was an arthroscopy. My post surgery appointments with him were equally good and once again the feedback he gave along with advice gave me assurance. I'd recommend Chris Bailey.
