From the initial consultation with Mr Bailey to the outpatients appointment, I was extremely impressed by the care, service and outcome of the procedure undertaken by him. His professionalism and empathetic manner was superb. I recovered well after my operation and Mr Bailey ensured I was fully informed of the procedure and the possible outcomes. A genuine, nice chap.
