Mr Andersen was patient and thorough taking time to explain his findings and rationale for the follow up investigations. He was also practical in that initial findings and treatment recommendation would be sent by email as there would be no requirement to see him before the next set of tests, if any. I do not have any suggestions as to how he could improve to give even greater care.
