Mr Anderson listens to the patient very carefully and takes time and effort to fully understand what the patient’s symptoms and concerns are. This allows one to fully evaluate the advice and recommendations he gives and permits a dialogue to be developed between the patient and the doctor. He is clear, precise and easy to understand. He manner is confident and capable which reassures that he has given adequate consideration to what the patient’s needs are. I was well cared for after my operation with daily visits by Mr Anderson and I had no post-operative pain at all.
