I had injured my left knee 2 years ago (torn ACL) in ski accident. I previously had 2 operations by other surgeon which I was initially referred, but I still didn't have stability in my knee and I was in lot of pain. After the second surgery I was really getting frustrated as I wasn't progressing and felt like I'm back to square one. My surgeons said that he couldn't do anything more and that he will refer me to his colleauge Mr Gupte. At first I was quite sceptical as I didn't know what to think of him, but after doing some research and meeting him in person, I just knew I was in good hands. He ordered scans and other test that were required to do, and after all he new exactly what he was doing. He planed my operation and now I'm 9 weeks post op and I feel great. No more instability of my knee and no pain. Mr Gupte is the best surgeon I could ever have wished for. He listens to his patients and shows a genuine concern for their well-being. He takes time to explain treatment options, and responds to questions with great clarity. He is just amazing surgeon!! I wish I was initially referred to him as I believe I wouldn't have had to go through 3 operations. I highly recommend Mr Gupte for any patient requiring orthopaedic surgery.
