Mr Eng took fantastic care of me. He explained everything fully and I felt great trust going in to the operation (bilateral tonsillectomy) with him. He checked on me before and after the surgery, and even sent a text to see how I was coping with the pain two days later. There were a few admin issues by the hospital and Mr Eng sorted these out for me, which was very kind of him as I'm sure it wasn't his remit. Finally, the recovery was not as bad as most people suggest it can be, which I'm sure is due to Mr Eng being an excellent surgeon.
I'd highly recommend his services for anyone suffering from ENT issues.
