We first met Mr Eng after our 5 year old son failed his hearing tests and we realised there was a problem.
Even at our first consultation we felt at ease and that our son was been well cared for.
The decision was made for grommets and I was 110% happy for Mr Eng to carry out the procedure. I think as a mum it's vital that you feel reassured and that your child is in good hands. Since the Grommit insertion there's been a amazing difference in our sons hearing and a hearing test confirmed that it was a complete success.
I'd highly recommend Mr Eng to everyone and would like to say we are so grateful for everything he has done for our son.
