I had a consultation with Ben in January and an operation on 1st Feb.at the Alexandra in Cheadle. I was admitted as a day patient. I had a general anaesthetic for an operation that lasted about an hour. The operation went well and I was very impressed by the way Ben explained everything to me.He has a charming bedside manner and I felt really cared for by him and all the staff in the operating theatre. In addition all the staff that I came into contact with were most helpful and caring. The staff on the Lancaster suite could not do enough for me with constant check ups and a cheery manner.
