Ben is an amazing surgeon who you can see takes pride in what he does. I was lucky I was stable at the time and able to wait for Ben to become available after he was recommended by another surgeon. So the wait in hospital was certainly worth it as Ben did an amazing job. And to top it off he is a genuinely lovely man
