Mr Lankester was helpful and attentive to my concerns and my operation a great success but at times some of the staff I felt could have been more communicative whilst in the ward, but especially when I was advised to go home without prior warning - that could have been handled more tactfully. However on the whole my experience in Yeovil Hospital was a good one and I appreciate the level of care given.
