Hello Mr. Arvin
I do not want to bother you, but you should now that the operation you performed on my wife last May 2015 has been completely life changing for her, she is currently enjoying, walking, lots, golf (best she has ever played), tennis and badminton, holidays (non stop) and generally life to the full, compared to before last May 2015 when she could not walk more than 100 yards.
Again I give you our heartfelt thanks and gratitude
