On meeting Mr Kolias on the morning of my operation for the removal of a Pituitary Adenoma he explained everything to me and made both me and my husband feel very confident about the procedure. The operation was successful and the Addenbrookes teams treated me with great care. Mr Kolias called my husband after the operation but my husband was unavailable in the afternoon but Mr Kolias took the time to call him in the evening and assured him that all had gone to plan. All the teams who looked after me the ENT department, the Endocrinology department, and the anesthetic department were extremely kind and caring. I couldn't have been looked after better.
