Our Mum was suddenly taken ill. From the very first interaction with Dr Kolias I felt informed, assured and filled with total confidence in this surgeon. Everything was clearly and thoroughly explained. He genuinely welcomed questions and I had lots! I appreciated his patience and warm but professional manner. After what was clearly a long day Dr Kolias was still able to make time to ring in the evening and discuss how the operation went and how Mum was. Once I heard the op went better than expected that was the icing on the cake. I consider it a blessing we were fortunate enough to have our mother's care placed in the hands of Dr Kolias and would recommend him without hesitation. An extremely worrying time and will be forever grateful for the fantastic care and consideration given throughout this experience. The covering efficient and helpful secretary along with the team on the ward were all a pleasure to deal with.
