Arriving at Addenbrooke's totally terrified, not knowing what was wrong with me. Mr Kolias and his team of specialists explained and also listened to me in my state of stress. We discussed options and we agreed that a non-operative management was right for me. This was indeed a great option as my subdural haematoma has almost gone without having put me through an invasive intervention. I would also like to thank all the different members of staff at Addenbrooke's who took great care of me.
