Mr Kelkar went to great lengths to make me comfortable, and to put me at my ease. He explained everything carefully, and checked to see if I understood. He is a technical man and uses diagrams and models to clarify the key points, Mr Kelkar is a good example of a modern phsician and surgeon, well trained and ready to listen to the aprehension and fears that I had.
