Dr. Amin is a friendly, attentive and professional consultant. He made my diagnosis, procedure and recovery a very pleasant experience and his priority. Dr. Amin was efficient but never rushed, answered all of my questions and explaining them in detail. It was a perfect and professional service. I am a rheumatoid arthritis sufferer and have ben for over 40 years. Through time, my arthritic condition has worsened to the point where I could not find shoes that would fit my deformed feet and this was having a serious impact on my professional life - I travel extensively and globally some 270+ days per year. After advice from an arthritic consultant (Millicent Stone -excellent, by the by), I met with Mr. Amit Amin and we decided to go for the "nuclear option" and have surgery to both feet to straighten them and compensate for the damage that 40+ years of arthritis had imposed upon them. My left foot was operated on in November 2017 and my right foot in January 2018. It's now October 2018- I'm fully mobile, continuing with my professional career, leaving today for a working tour of 6 countries over 5 weeks and, literally, with a skip in my step! I found Mr. Amin sympathetic and, for my condition, brilliantly competent. His pre- and post-surgery counsel was excellent and overall I recommend him 100%. Frankly, I have a new lease of professional and family life and I couldn't be more pleased. Mr Amin operated on bunions on both of my feet. The surgeries were a complete success and I was fully recovered and playing tennis again within three months. The follow up consultations were very efficiently conducted and I was able to see exactly what the surgery consisted of. I am delighted with the outcome and throughout the process found Mr Amin very easy to contact and very helpful.

Perhaps could email through recovery plan (e.g., dates of removing wedges etc.) rather than writing them on piece of paper - so that patient can access at any time.

I have worked with Mr Amin as one of his primary Anaesthetists for the last 6 years. He is an excellent surgeon and I have regularly recommended his services to friends with foot and ankle complaints.
