I liked the fact that he was very reassuring and knowledgeable about my situation and was professional in his manner. He organised for me to have two lots of tests straight away to save wasting time as he decided I needed to have the possible ulcer cut out as soon as possible. He said he would arrange to get it done and let me know what hospital and when it would be.
