I’ve seen Mr Salih on a few occasions now, and he has always been very friendly and welcoming. He puts you at ease, despite the worry of why you are there. He speaks to you directly with as much knowledge as he can, giving you as much information as he can. I’ve never felt rushed or that I can’t ask questions and he never dismisses what you want to ask him. His team are the same, even when they are really busy, you are treated kindly and with time and a smile. Thank you all.
