I was sent to Mr Charalampos to have an operation to repair a valve at the top of my stomach.
This consultant is the nicest consultant I have ever met, he listens, advises, appreciates what your problem is and is in no rush to get you out of the door.
I had my operation at Broomfield, I saw him before the op and after. After a slight complication I also saw him on the ward several times before being discharged 7 days later.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this consultant.

A very pleasant, kind, professional and caring doctor who listened carefully and put me at my ease. He even took the time to reassure me immediately before my operation, which was very much appreciated, and personally checked on me after although I was still half asleep. I would have liked an opportunity to thank him following the success of the operation but, unfortunately, was seen by a different doctor at subsequent follow-up appointments.
Easily the nicest doctor I have seen and I would be very happy to see him again.
I certainly recommend him to anyone who is fortunate enough to come under his care and hope that these comments will be shared with him.
