I was scheduled for an operation at the Whittington Hospital general surgery department. Administrative errors and Covid cancellations meant my operation was going to be heavily delayed. Mr Hotouras did everything he could to ensure I was seen as soon as possible and resolved these issues. On the day of the operation Mr Hotouras came to see me before to check everything was okay, answered any questions I had and provided reassurance about the procedure. After the operation he visited me in recovery and filled me in on the details of the procedure and provided all the necessary information regarding post-op care. At all times Mr Hotouras made me feel at ease, was incredibly polite and caring and ensured I was happy with everything that was happening. Whilst under the care of Mr Hotouras I was never left with any issues or unanswered questions. I am incredibly grateful for the care he provided, thank you!
