I felt immediately reassured when I met with Dr Alex. He had a clear plan of what needed to happen to treat my problem. I was also impressed with his ‘ joined up thinking’ as he spotted a separate issue which is being dealt with too. When you find yourself unexpectedly ill, it is such a relief to be seen by a Doctor who reassures you, talks with , not at you, and you trust will get things sorted!
