I was treated by Mr. Hamouda for pancreatitis. The pain was unbelievable and even though it did not happen often, it was frequent enough where removal of my gallbladder was called for. It took 21 days from the time of my diagnosis to the day of my surgery which I thought was quite reasonable. From the first time I met Mr. Hamouda at the time of the diagnosis I knew I was in good hands. He was professional and extremely caring. I do not believe I have ever met a doctor who truly listened to my concerns and questions and dealt with each one, making sure the answers were understandable to me. The surgery was difficult and required a much longer stay in hospital than any of us had anticipated. I joked that I had rewritten the book on gallbladder surgery complications. Throughout my time in hospital I was visited by Mr. Hamouda regularly and by his staff several times a day. While it was obviously not a pleasant experience I can not complain in the least about the quality of care I received from Mr. Hamouda and the team. I just had my follow up visit to Mr. Hamouda earlier today and I have been told that all is well. It was a tough month and a half but it is now behind me thanks to the treatment and care provided to me by Mr. Hamouda.
