Mr Howard was my consultant for the removal of my gallbladder (laparoscopic cholecystectomy). From the initial consultation through to the operation itself and then my final consultation post op, Mr Howard conversations with me were clear and easy to understand. He didn't make you feel 'stupid' and listened very carefully to what I had to say. He has a very caring and professional manner which puts you at ease which also makes you trust his advice and judgement.
The care I received at the Oaks Hospital by both Mr Howard and his team was excellent. A shining example of NHS care and service.
