Ms Sana was my consultant by default and I couldn't have had better care. I did give her a bit of a hard time in my confusion at the sudden change from one consultant to another, with such short notice; but she reacted with grace and consideration and
I was put at such ease that, I wouldn't have accepted any other than Ms Sana!
Not only was she great during the operation but after too, and THAT is the true test of a
great consultant.
Ms Sana's bedside manner is certainly something that others should/ must learn from...Well done, but please keep going!
