There was a mix up in letters being sent out. Two letters had been sent out, one confirming the next appointment for my mum, the second letter confirming that my mum was being discharged as nothing adverse had been revealed by her MRI scan. My mum received the first letter and so attended her next appointment, only to have to wait 40 minutes to be seen, and then to be told straight away that she had already been discharged ! She is still waiting to receive the letter confirming that she had been discharged. It was all a bit of a waste of time attending her appointment, which could have been avoided.
