Lyndsey is an exceptional surgeon, from my first consultation she listened, understood my concerns, was kind, caring and down to earth. I felt so at ease and comfortable explaining what I was hoping to achieve, she took the time to explain everything and there was no pressure to make any decision there and then. This was the first surgery I’ve ever had but I really did feel in safe hands. I had complete confidence in her ability and skills and I wasn’t disappointed, my results exceeded my expectations. Post op I had good communication with Lyndsey, whilst in hospital she reviewed me daily, on discharge I was given easy contact options if required. I also received a call from the hospital about a week post op just to check in on me. I was given several post op appointments and discharged with an ‘open door’, I’ve had no issues but I believe if I did have any issues Lyndsey would ensure they were addressed. I would highly recommend Lyndsey to anyone considering surgery, it’s a huge decision and can be quite daunting but it’s been the best decision I’ve made. She’s given me a new found confidence.
