Miss Highton operated on my breast that was scarred from a burn as a child. The surgery involved z plastys, insertion of a tissue expander and eventually the removal of the nipple and exchange of the expander for an implant. Throughout the process she put me at ease, explaining the options thoroughly and committing to achieving the best possible outcome for me. Recovery after both operations went smoothly and the surgery scars were very neat. The final outcome is better than I imagined and has put an end to the psychological issues that my disfigurement caused me. I would highly recommend Miss Highton to anyone seeking reconstructive breast surgery following a burn.
