Dr Bate's consultation is exceptional. Her advice is of course professional and expert and her follow up timely. However, what makes her different to some other consultants is that she shows empathy and makes time to listen. For distressed parents worried about their child, that makes a huge difference in difficult times.

Jessica is a credit to the profession. From the beginning and all the way through our daughter’s treatment she has guided us and supported us wherever possible. An immensely difficult 2.5 year journey, thank goodness we had Jessica as our consultant. A knowledgeable, professional and compassionate lady! Thank you!

Dr Jessica is such a lovely doctor that is caring and listens to what you have to say. She also explains everything to you and she is great with the children who she actually talks to and ask them how they are feeling, if they have any questions for her. One truly amazing doctor.

Dr Bates is an excellent doctor, she is very thorough and very gentle in her nature. Dr Bates has provided my daughter with excellent care and has valued her as an individual with individual needs.
Dr Bates has made the most challenging time in our lives alot easier and bearable though her professionalism and care, i can not recommend her high enough.
